In Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Château le Moulin Neuf is a beautiful vineyard that extends over 23 hectares of sublime nature. If the deep energy of the terroir is essential, everything is done to give to the plant its natural balance and to produce and respecting the wild fauna and flora. The wines are made over the long term, with ageing in amphorae and barrels to bring out the natural elegance of the Cabernet Franc, in a style that is extremely well controlled and infused with the winemaker's meticulous know-how.
Laurent and Antoine pay attention to the smallest detail to achieve excellence... The result lives up to expectations and the care taken.

Château Moulin Neuf is distinguished by its richness and elegance typical of the great wines of the Loire. In the glass it appears dense and unctuous, with a garnet colour and a beautiful intensity, this wine offers a generous bouquet where red fruits compose a perfect harmony with spicy notes. Gourmet and balanced, the finish show aromatic persistence with all the finesse and charm of an exceptional terroir.
This is a superb wine with a sensual register that evokes a desire for delicate food and wine pairings.

Laurent Mabileau's Bourgueil red wine comes from two types of soil: one is siliceous, giving a predominant taste of red fruits, the other is clay-limestone, giving character to the wine, and allowing it to sublimate with years of aging.
It is on a clay-limestone soil that our grandfather Maurice Lorieux, around 1937, planted his first parcel of vines at the place called "Les Perrières": these grapes still constitute today, a part of this vintage.
The harmony of these soils cultivated in organic farming, is enough to offer a wine remarkable by its fullness but also by its subtlety and its finesse to refresh the taste buds.

The brilliant and luminous deep ruby colour with purple highlights opens to an expressive nose that combines the scents of stewed red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) with a hint of licorice. The mouth, with its supple attack, offers a fleshy substance, presence, a beautiful balance, as well as fruity (cherry, blackberry) and spicy aromas that coat the well-presented tannins and then persist in a structured, full and long finish.

The Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil of Domaine Laurent MABILEAU is developed in close partnership with a neighbouring winery, exploiting the know-how and passion shared together for many years already. The ‘terroir’, covering an area of 15 hectares is made up mainly from a gravelly soil.
As practiced at all of the MABILEAU estates, the vines are grown based on the principle of sustainable agriculture. The rigorous selection of the grapes and the wine making according to ‘terroir’, allows the wine to display simultaneously both its fruity characteristics and a full-rounded yet delicate flavour. True to their commitment, Laurent and Antoine Mabileau produce a wine with authenticity and precision.

Antoine Mabileau manages the 16 hectares of Château Moulin Bellegrave in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation area. His young and dynamic approach, associated with his perfect technical mastery has contributed to the renaissance of the property with the strictest respect for its reclaimed gritty ‘terroir’. The quality of this wine is on a par with the most prestigious wines of Bordeaux.
The winegrowing techniques used for several years are maintained and refined: natural controlled grass growing between every second row of vines, vine selection, manual leaf thinning, green harvesting, selection of grape harvest both at the vines and the winery. The winegrower respects the practice of sustainable agriculture.

You can drink wine any day of the year, but in case of rosés, they make better summer wines than winter wines.
The "Rosé Folichon" is produced as a wine from France and labelled under the Laurent MABILEAU brand. The desire of "MAISON MABILEAU" is to offer a very digestible wine, without any "headache" to appreciate it in all circumstances.
The techniques used for several years now, respect the practice of the high environmental value agriculture: ploughing of the vines, grassing, absence of insecticides by means of traps known as "sexually confused", leaf removal, sorting of the harvest in the vineyyard and in the cellar...
Wine from France is not contradictory with quality wine, it is in a spirit of freedom to create a good unconventional "vine juice" that Laurent MABILEAU has chosen for this wine, to free himself from a too restrictive label, and to widen his know-how with the intention of delighting your taste buds again and again!
"Rosé Folichon" is very light in colour intensity and with a pastel appearance. With good definition, this wine oscillates between complex white flowers (honeysuckle, jasmine), fruit like peach or melon, and a hint of citrus (grapefruit).
A model of balance between sugar, acidity and expression, it is a thirst-quenching wine of great elegance.
We love rosé for its fruity taste and freshness. It is therefore important to know how to get the best out of it and to keep it for a maximum of 2 years flat in the cellar, away from the light.
« Rosé Folichon » can be served at the beginning of the meal, as an aperitif or during the main meal. It is the perfect accompaniment to fish but also to meat: cold meats, grilled meats, poultry, pork, veal, rabbit, beef, ...
We recommend serving it cold between 9°C et 10°C.
Of great tradition, the Crémant de Loire Mabileau comes exclusively from the Cabernet Franc grape. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed according to a particular program in order to keep the best juice. Then follows a long work of 3 years where the base wine, the foam, the ageing on laths and the disgorging will be made. The pink color comes essentially from the maceration of black grapes with white juice.
Cabernet franc 100%
A seductive coral pink color accompanied by a constellation of fine pearls that regularly rise to the surface to form a cordon.
The nose is open to subtle aromas of red fruits such as raspberry but also candied strawberries.
A fresh and unctuous mouth with a very nice balance brings a greediness of sweets but also notes of red fruits such as raspberry or blackcurrant crowned by very fine bubbles of a pure and elegant style.
To be tasted within 2 years.
To be served chilled between 6 and 8°C, it will be perfect as an aperitif, tapas or at the end of the meal with fruit or chocolate-based desserts
