The Domaine Laurent Mabileau spreads over 28 ha on modern alluvial soils. The technique used for several years respect a fair environnemental agriculture : plough of vines, leaves thin-outing, green harvest, grape selection from the harvest at the cellar.

The robe is bright garnet with purple reflects, the last note bouquet reminds very mature blacks fruits, velouted attack, round, rich and large palate with mature and supple tannins.
Ageing time is about 10 years laying-down off-light in cave. uring this period, aromates develop to tease the consumer's palate.
From 13 to 15°C is served with meats (beef, duck, pigeon, soaked meat, game …) fermented cheese, black chocolate deserts.
