The Domaine Laurent Mabileau spreads over 28 ha on modern alluvial soils. The technique used for several years respect a fair environnemental agriculture : plough of vines, leaves thin-outing, green harvest, grape selection from the harvest at the cellar.

From 12 to 13°C is served with fish, starters, and also several meats, ( grilled meats, poultry, pork, veal, beef…) cheese, red fruit deserts.
